Main game development advancement report #4

This update took longer than expected, but as said before, some things require more time.

The good thing is that all the changes made on this version brought us to a working product.

There's a lot to show, but we're on a tight schedule for the big opening of the alpha version on July the 4th!

So, here's the list. Sit down and enjoy.

Changelog

  • Fixed overflow of the awareness risk check caption when creating/joining a match.
  • Replaced #Arena chat with #Lobby.
  • Added logout confirmation prompt.
  • Added toast support.
  • Improved and simplified marketplace listing.
  • Match engine/board fixes and additions:
    • Detached internal match flags from meta to allow reloads if needed.
    • Added turn data on match class.
    • Tuned match-related captions in the language file.
    • Implemented static oponent cards reveal after prefill phase conclusion (after a reload).
    • Implemented static pre-rendering of initial 3 random cards for each user after reload.
    • Implemented animated oponent cards reveal after prefill phase conclusion (on incoming signal).
    • Implemented animated pick of initial 3 random cards for each user on incoming signal.
    • Added perspective to the coin flipping animation and in-board card reveals.
    • Added hook for turn timer depletion.
    • After joining a match, the board wasn't opening. It does now.
    • Implemented 'pinch zoom' on the battle area.
    • Added node/round counters.
    • Tuned flow control blueprints.
    • Other additions for full usability.
  • Chat improvements:
    • Removed sound loop on chat message submission.
    • Added support for in-battle chats.
    • Improved layout and internals.
  • Reported bug fixes and feature requests:
    • #BR230514 ~ Tuned viewport resizing when focusing text input boxes.
    • #TR230512 ~ Replaced button+popup with textarea for sending chat messages on desktops.
    • #BR230527A ~ Card's Story Repeated in Details (Main game / Alpha 0.0.5 / Open)
  • Added welcome text on the main view.
  • Added mnemonic board zoom.
  • Other minor additions and optimizations.
