🟥 #TR230706A - Removing saturation from the cards. (#MainGame / #Alpha008 / CLOSED)

Permalink Report to webmaster

I would suggest removing the saturation from the cards, bringing them all to their normal color instead of only the one selected or with the mousehover on it.

Instead, we could use some type of blue neon light around the card to indicate that the card is selected or when mousehover.

I think by bringing the colors back to its original settings, it will make the interface of the game and the cards itself more beautiful and attractive.

Not blue or red (and possibly not white either) - can't use those colors since they're used on the boards.

Regarding the white... it is uses for drop targets o boards, so it might be the right option.

Now, there's one thing: the deck on the board has the cards with no padding between them, so hovering them won't show the glow around.

Reducing the contrast of the cards is making the game look kinda sad without a vibrant energy. The cards are quite colorful and we should leverage that for a better game experience :)

I do think we should bring the contrast of all the cards on the deck builder and throughtout the entire MENU and keep a blue glow behind the chosen card. In addition to that, every player could always be "blue" in their screen, and always see his opponent with "red" color.

This would remove confusion as, sometimes I'm blue during the match if I create it, and sometimes I'm red if I participate it.

Regardless of who creates or participate the match, the player could always be Blue, and always see his opponent as red.
