After welsh used a poison it didnt work for 2 rounds but on my end my healing card worked but its not showing on his side and now both of us are frozen

Sadly, you deleted the match, and I couldn't check the internals to compare against the log.
Now, the magics that were implemented are single actions: they affect the card being targeted immediately and with no further consequences.
For how you're describing the issue, you've got off sync, and that is a networking issue.
Please, the next time something like this happens, don't delete the match so internals are kept for studying them and come up with a proper patch.
